in the address bar and press Enter. This will redirect you to the WordPress login page.

Step 2: Logging into Your WordPress Dashboard
- Enter Your Username:
- On the WordPress login page, you will see two fields: one for your username or email address and another for your password. In the first field, enter your username or the email address associated with your WordPress account.
- Enter Your Password:
- In the second field, enter your password. Ensure that you type it correctly, as passwords are case-sensitive.
- Click the “Log In” Button:
- After entering your username/email and password, click the “Log In” button below the password field. If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to the WordPress Dashboard, also known as the admin area.
Step 3: Troubleshooting Login Issues
Sometimes, you might encounter issues while trying to log in. Here are some common problems and their solutions:
- Forgotten Password:
- If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Lost your password?” link on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your username or email address. WordPress will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- Incorrect Username or Password:
- Double-check that you have entered your username/email and password correctly. Remember that both fields are case-sensitive. If you’re still unable to log in, consider resetting your password.
- Browser Cache and Cookies:
- Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause login issues. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try logging in again.
