- Log in to CallRail:
- Go to CallRail and log in with your credentials.
- Access Account Settings:
- Once logged in, click on your account name in the top right corner to open the dropdown menu, then select “Account Settings.”
- Navigate to Users:
- In the Account Settings menu, click on “Users” to manage user access.
- Add a New User:
- Click on the “Add User” button to invite a new user to your account.
- Enter User Information:
- In the “Add New User” form, enter

in the email address field. - Fill in the name field if required (you can enter “Practice Bytes” if a name is needed).

- You will receive a notification confirming that the access has been granted.
